If something isn’t working with your CheQpoint or confirmations, this is where to start.
The QR code isn’t scanning
Ask the visitor to increase screen brightness, hold the camera steady, and make sure there’s enough light. Most phones open the link directly from the camera.
I’m not receiving email alerts
Check your spam folder first, then confirm your email address in your account settings once backend is live. You may also need to whitelist our notification address.
Someone keeps spamming my tag
You’ll be able to delete unwanted confirmations from your history. We’ll also rate-limit suspicious activity in production.
